EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We offer customization of garments, in this case, the garment has been designed for you and we can not accept returns.
If you have bought a garment not customizable have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to make the change or refund.

If Blacktogrey sent a different item in your order or the quality is not adequate, contact us at blacktogrey@blacktogrey.net. In this case, Blacktogrey will assume sending and return costs.

The conditions of changing and return are

1. The article must be in its original condition with all the accessories. It can not have been used or washed, or tampered with.

2. Must contain the original labels and receipt

3. The return postage paid by the client. No returns will be accepted to pay ports.

The amount of the refund will be returned to the same card with which payment has been made within seven days.
